3 Days Best of Hwange National Park Safari Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Pickup from Victoria Falls Airport or Town | Transfer to Hwange National Park and Afternoon Game Drive
You will be warmly welcomed by our Expert Safari Team on arrival at Victoria Falls Airport and transfer to Hwange Safari Lodge, a comfortable 2-hour drive from Victoria Falls. Upon arrival, you will check-into your lodge for relaxation and later embark on an afternoon game drive in the concession of the renowned Hwange National Park, exploring its diverse landscapes and wildlife depending on game movement. Your safari adventure will conclude around 16:30 hrs, after which you will return to the lodge for relaxation and overnight stay.

About Hwange Safari Lodge
Hwange Safari Lodge is a midrange safari lodge located in Dete, Zimbabwe, offering an immersive wildlife experience with on-site dining and Wi-Fi. It is situated in Hwange National Park which is known for its large elephant herds and diverse wildlife, including the Big Five. The lodge provides accommodation in 100 en-suite rooms and suites and features a garden, as well as restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 2: Full Day Game Drives in Hwange National Park
After breakfast, you will embark on a full day game drive in Hwange National Park. The route will be determined by your professional guide, based on the best wildlife viewing opportunities. Enjoy a full-day safari experience, exploring the diverse landscapes and wildlife of the park. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot within the park. The game drive concludes around 16:30 hrs, after which you will return to your lodge.

Day 3: Transfers to Victoria Falls Airport or Town
After breakfast, you will be transferred by road to Victoria Falls Airport or your hotel in Victoria Falls. The transfer takes approximately 2 hours, and departure times will be scheduled according to your flight itinerary.
Meal Plan: Breakfast
This tour can allow you an extension to other tourist places such as Victoria Falls, Chobe National Park, the Devil’s pool among others at an extra cost most especially to those who would love to extend their stays within Zimbabwe.
Safari Notes (Logistics and Rooming)
- Rooming: The choice of the room for 2 nights is dependent on the number of guests booking this package.
- Transfers: We shall use a private air-conditioned 4×4 Safari Landcruiser or open sided Jeep throughout the safari road transfers and game drives & professional experienced English-speaking driver-guide.
- Sightseeing Activities: These will include Wildlife viewing in Hwange National Park and local people’s lifestyles. All activities will be booked and secured for you after the confirmation of this tour
- Meals: We shall provide you with 2 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners from fabulous places throughout the safari.
